Modoc County Winter – Storm Cloud over Cedar Pass

Up go the modular walls in the new River Center location, thanks to volunteers Glenn Lantz and Greg Milner. Also, more thanks to the Shasta Regional Community Foundation for McConnell funds to purchase materials for the modular walls.
